There’s a Hippopotamus on Our Roof Eating Cake by Hazel Edwards
A classic story about a girl and her imaginary Hippo friend. The Hippo lives on the roof of the family home and does things that all children would love to be doing, like riding a bike, eating cake, watching TV, working at the zoo and never getting into trouble. But when the leak on the roof is fixed, what happens to the Hippo???
